TERMS
These terms apply to your use of awsm.market and to orders placed through it.
Use of the site
You may browse and purchase from the site for your own use. Do not use the site to interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or place orders in a way designed to circumvent purchase limits.
Orders
An order placed through the site is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we confirm it and charge payment. We may decline or cancel an order — including after confirmation — where an item is out of stock, a listing contained an error, we cannot verify the payment or shipping details, or the order appears to violate a purchase limit. If we cancel, we refund in full.
Pricing and errors
Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. We work to keep product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurate, but listings may contain errors. Where an item is listed at an incorrect price or with a materially incorrect description, we may cancel the affected order and refund it rather than fulfill it at the incorrect terms.
Availability and purchase limits
Inventory is limited and listings can sell out while an order is in progress. We may set per-customer purchase limits on high demand releases and enforce them after an order is placed. Availability shown on the site reflects our records at the time the page is loaded.
Payment
Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor at checkout. By placing an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Fraud review
We review orders for signs of fraud or payment risk and may request additional verification before shipping. Orders we cannot verify are cancelled and refunded.
Shipping, returns, and preorders
Shipping, returns, and preorders are governed by the shipping policy, returns and refunds policy, and preorder policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
Products and manufacturer information
Product names, logos, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. AWSM sells sealed and unmodified retail merchandise and does not claim ownership of, or affiliation with, the franchises and manufacturers whose products it sells. Product details published by a manufacturer are reproduced in good faith and are subject to change by that manufacturer.
Our intellectual property
The AWSM name, site design, original photography, and written content on this site belong to AWSM. Do not reproduce them for commercial use without permission.
Third-party services
The site relies on third-party providers for payment, hosting, shipping, and email. Their own terms and policies apply to the parts of the transaction they handle. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here affects consumer protection rights you have where you live.
Applicable law
These terms are subject to applicable laws of the United States.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business changes. The revision date is shown below, and the version in effect when you place an order is the version that applies to it. See also our privacy policy.
